Everything on this page goes to one address: contact@candy-shorts.run. Messages are read by the operator of this site, and we aim to reply within a few working days. Putting the topic (correction, takedown, data or business) in the subject line helps your message land in the right place.
One thing this inbox cannot do is help with a Candy.ai account. This is an independent guide, not Candy.ai and not EverAI Limited, so we have no access to subscriptions and cannot refund charges, cancel plans or unlock episodes. Corrections
Most of this site is numbers: series and episode counts, which episodes are free, token costs and plan prices. Candy.ai can change any of them between our checks. If a figure here no longer matches what you see on candy.ai, please tell us, because every fix helps the next reader.
The reports we can act on fastest include:
- the address of the page on this site;
- the exact figure or sentence you think is wrong;
- what candy.ai or candyshorts.com shows instead, and when you looked;
- a screenshot, if you have one.
We aim to confirm each fix against the live catalog before the page changes, so a report can take a little while to show up.
Copyright and takedown (DMCA)
This site does not host, embed or stream video of any kind. It publishes written commentary, catalog data and cover images that identify the series being described. If you hold rights in something used here and believe the use is not permitted, send a notice to contact@candy-shorts.run with DMCA in the subject line.
A notice we can act on contains:
- a description of the copyrighted work you say is being infringed;
- the full URL of every page on this site where the material appears;
- your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
- a good-faith statement from you that neither the copyright owner, nor anyone acting for the owner, nor the law permits the use you are complaining about;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for whoever does;
- your signature, handwritten or electronic.
When a complete notice arrives, we aim to remove or disable the material it points to promptly and to write back with what was done. If you think something of yours was taken down by mistake, reply with your reasons and we aim to review the decision.
If you appear in a series we describe
Some Candy Shorts series are built on licensed digital twins of real adult performers, and this site names them. They consented to Candy.ai using their likeness, they filmed none of these episodes, and no original recording exists. If you are one of them and a page here gets something wrong, or you want a page about you edited or removed, simply email us and we aim to act on it quickly. No legal paperwork is needed to raise it.
If you believe your likeness was used in a Candy Shorts series without your consent, tell us as well, and we aim to take our own page about that series offline while the matter is looked into. Only Candy.ai can remove the series itself, so please raise it with them directly too.
Data requests
There is very little to ask about. The site has no accounts, no comments, no forms and no analytics, so it keeps no profile of you. Our host keeps ordinary server logs, and if you email us we have your message and address; the privacy policy covers both.
To find out whether we hold anything that relates to you, or to ask for it to be deleted, write to contact@candy-shorts.run and tell us which email address or other details to search for. We aim to check and reply within a few working days.

One condition comes with any arrangement: money does not change what a page says. We do not sell favorable reviews, rankings or edits to the figures.
